• To reduce HIV/STD incidence through increasing participants' knowledge and increasing their willingness/ability to use condoms and access sterile injection equipment
• To reduce the number of domestic violence incidents and/or sexual assaults experienced by the participants, through increasing knowledge about the precursors to violence and developing strategies to avoid risky situations
