To reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS and other diseases by providing holistic health and prevention services based on the model of harm reduction to people who use drugs or engage in other behaviors that may put them or their loved ones at risk.

The key to bringing drug users, sex workers and others who engage in high-risk activities closer to health and prevention services is to treat every individual, regardless of their condition or circumstance, with dignity and respect. Our nonjudgmental approach allows our clients to move through a process of self-discovery and self-empowerment at their own pace. By creating a safe space and building relationships based on honesty, tolerance, community and cooperation, our staff helps clients live
